Per MSI instructions I had written a letter to terminate further agreements once my contract requirements were met. MSI then dipped into my bank and took an additional $118 at the end of the contract. $10 for the statement fee; $9.99 for regulatory & compliance Fee and an aditional $99 to midigate cost associated with becoming and maintaining PCI compliance, etc.

This bill was a total RIP OFF a and unexpected! When I called them I found out that this was their standard procedure.
