Mojo Marketplace Sold website template theme templates that are unsatisfactory, took six weeks to deliver product Internet

MOJO MARKETPLACE Nightmare:

We purchased this theme you are viewing that is our website for KC Bird Whisperer.org a few months ago.

Approximately six weeks after payment for the theme we finally received the files for the templates that have become the website you are looking at now.

During the process of purchasing our domain name and website hosting service from hostmonster.com we were presented with advertisement via hostmonster for MOJO Market Place. Everything looked professional and seemed to include good support integrity.

Once we installed the theme it was immediately obvious that the theme was missing files. After several calls to Host Monster support (Mojo Marketplace does not support themes they sell), the missing files were installed and we got to work on the website.

After adding a few pages realized that the appearance; ie; color, etc could not be changed and that there is a link missing in the WordPress Dashboard to do so. Cannot arrange the menus or add pages (like subtitle pages) to menu items.

Last call to Host Monster personnel actually said this in response to unhappiness with the entire deal: ‘Mojo Marketplace is like a Flea Market for themes. Mojo does not support them and it is possible that you will never get support from the actual creator of any theme.

We have received many, many run-around E-mails from Mojo support that resulted in no solution to the problems with the theme and never any offer to put us in contact with the theme creator.

Host Monster personnel suggested we join a support forum to get help.

KC Bird Whisperer Taming & Grooming Services Of Kansas City do not recommend Mojo Marketplace for website themes and we are also shopping for a better website hosting service.
