Below is a record of my dealing with MotherNature.com's so-called customer service function - to say that I am frustrated by the whole thing is an understatement - it all started Aug. 17, and now it is Nov. 16!?Notice that I gave them the benefit of a doubt - foolishly

Date: 09/07/2011 04:18 PM From: xxxxxx@att.net You usually send orders very quickly - may I assume that the recent hellish weather may have affected your processing? I did notice a New York address. If this is the case, I hope you are all ok. Thanks, xxxx

SEPTEMBER 22 I placed my order on August 17, and you billed my credit card the same day --- since then, your 'Help Desk' has said the warehouse was processing the order, with no reason given for the delay. It's now over a month, and I see shipping amounts on my order info, but no shipping date. I have tried to cancel the order, but your computer says I can't because the order has been shipped.

I have already purchased the important items at Whole Foods, inconvenient and expensive! If you can, please CANCEL THE ORDER. If you can't, I th ink I deserve credit to my account because I have spent money because of your company's inefficiency, and your "customer service" system's total uselessness. That there is no phone number to call is totally unacceptable. After many years of buying from "Mother Nature", this will be my last time.

Subject: Slow processing Date: 10/28/2011 11:03 PM From: xxxx@att.net I have been waiting THREE MONTHS for the vitamins - there is no excuse - I could have bought them at Whole Foods or other outlets. I want an immediate credit to my account, or I will write the President of your company. I now understand why you went out of business once

NOVEMBER 1, 2011 Your Request #:161176 Your Submission: Vitamins missing since Aug 17 I have been waiting for 2 bottles of vitamins since Aug. 17 - this is intolerable. I have replaced them via medcohealthstore.com. Please credit my account with the amount for the vitamins.

THE FOLLOWING IS A BLURB THAT APPEARS AT THE BOTTOM OF MOTHER NATURE'S SCREEN: Someone should respond to your request within 3-7 business days. Customer service responses will be posted to your online account and emailed to you. Thank you for your questions. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service.

I have yet to hear from the company - I have only received a few of the items, over a month after ordering, and have not received the two bottles of vitamins; nor have I received a credit!
