MTNStore.com MTNstore takes your money and will not refund, sells items they don't have, its been 5 months. ripoffs Albany Georgia

I placed a order with mtnstore.com for 2 electronic convertor boxes, they were the best price and free shipping. I ordered in good faith and gave them my credit card number and they took payment right now. They sent me a invoice (took payment) and said they were backordered be in a couple of weeks ''''' weeks go by I sent e-mails to customer service no answers ( they said we will respond 24-48 hrs thats bull) finally I wrote in huge letters please respond. I got a response they were backordered 2-3 more weeks. Weeks later I sent alot of e-mails again finally a response, backordered another
2-3. I was done with them I canceled my order and wanted my money back. I received a response right away (we cannot give you a refund we changed banks get it from your credit card company) . Got a hold of my card co. they said I have to fill out a dispute form and send it in, could take 90 days or try to work it out with the seller. OK! I phone called, talked to some bozo, told him they had listed a different mfg. for the same product and same price so send me 2 of those instead. He did not know what to do, so I got to talk to the supervisor (woopee) bozo #2, he said ok we will reorder them and sent you 2 of which ever ones come in first. Guess what it started all over again backorder after backorder e-mails after e-mails, the only responses were wait 2-3 more weeks. 5 months 37 e-mails later. Now I have a dispute w/my card co. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
