Ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse on April 30, 2008. My account was charged on May 2, 2008. Received an email saying my order had been received and was given an order number. Called May 12th and was told my order would ship on May 14. Today is June 6th. Still have not received order. When you call, you go into a voice mail, put on hold for the next person, and then told by their voice mail, to leave a message. I have done this four times, and have sent two email inquires from their website. No response.

I am very disappointed as I finally found my ergonomic logitech keyboard and now will have to search again and no longer feel comfortable ordering on line.
It's a bigger hassel than driving and shopping for what I want, especially when something like this happens - alot more time consuming that just purchasing in a store.
