 I was in Afghanistan, I contacted this company, I spoke with Timothy Hightower, I wanted some household good moved (580 lbs) from St. Mary's,Ga. to Humble,Tx.  All was well until time to move it, my storage company said that they need a couple of days to prepare my things to be moved. I informed the moving company that the date scheduled was not a good date. My storage company and the moving company corresponded so that they would be on the same schedule, the date that they agreed on was ok with me, I paid my storage company to get my items ready for shipping, the moving company never showed up to get it. They kept telling me that a truck was not available, after a few days of telling me the same thing, I decided to cancel and go with another moving company. I was on a time schedule, I was out of the country and my wife is a teacher and was out for spring break.

I was told that I could/would get my full refund of my deposit of $1303.73 in 9 buisness days, after 9 day and no refund, I called the to inquire, James Lawing told me that I could not get my refund because I changed my date. Bottom line is, they didnt show up at the storage company to collect my items, I lost money paying my storage company to prepare it for shipping as well as putting it back in the storage unit and he told me that I was not going to get my money back. My wife went back to school, so I had to continue to pay an unwated storage bill that I was trying to terminate. I am in the states now, and I need some assistance with this issue, I could use this money to finally get my household goods to my house in Texas.
