I purchased Video Pad editor, from NCH, a company based in Australia, at the same time I had also downloaded other trial programs software (which I now sorely regret). Since the trial period expired on these other downloads and I no longer wished them on my computer I AM UNABLE TO REMOVE THEM FROM MY COMPUTER. It keeps popping up every time I attempt to open a file with other software like Nero.
It is more than annoying, it is criminal that they should commandeer ones computer and deny one the choice of removing their software through the control panel software change/remove function.
All future customers beware of this deceitful ploy by NCH, don't get suckered into downloading their software. I should have known, any site that does not have a "CONTACT US" site is suspicious to say the least.
