New York Life covers up the actions of agents who steal money from the accounts of clients. When some of its bad practices are discovered it offeres to lend money to the damaged clients, thus making money on the loans, rather than fixing the problems it has allowed to happen.

New York Life does not adequately supervise its agents so the agents can get away with alot. Agents like Murray Pruitz steal commissions from other agents and is two-faced and a hypocrite.
