Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I received a letter from this company stating I owed a 3,000.10 balance from a credit card account that I never had. This is the third letter I've received within 9 months. All of the letters have different balances owed and special settlement balances I could pay now.

I tried calling the company and basically talked to a human computer. The guy read directly from a  script and wouldn't talk to me about anything.  All he wanted was any personal information about me that he could get.

This company is shady and you should just ignore any letters you receive from them.

As a consumer, you are entitled to file a lawsuit against any debt collector who violates your rights under the FDCPA. In short, the FDCPA allows a consumer to recover their actual damages, statutory damages of up to $1,000 and their attorneys fees and costs. While this may seem like a modest amount, to debt collectors who violate the law there is much more at stake: increased insurance rates, decreased collection rates, potential governmental regulatory action, and the spiraling costs of defending a lawsuit for their illegal conduct.  The lawyers in this group are trained to handle these debt collectors and available to the Middle Tennessee area!  Call today!
