Well, that's was then and this is now. And I recently lent this Ocwen faggett some money, and that b***h still ain't paid me back. If any sees 'em, tell 'em I'm gonna body slam 'em.

I've placed several postings myself on here, basically, expressing the unfortunate experiences with Ocwen like the rest of you.

After 3 years of trying to "fight" these morons, I finally am losing my home of 12 years. No matter, because in the long run, I am finally FREE of these demons!!!
And at this point, it is much better to move on than to continue the agony.

Torrence, and his other band of idiots, are proof, in and of themselves, of what we have all been saying about Ocwen all along! And you all know what this is.....

So just allow them to continue to show "their true colors"..... It will only help us in proving to a court what they TRULY are about! If I were an Ocwen Exec, ( which I'm glad I am not) I would've fired this a*****e A LONG TIME AGO!!
But again, that's what represents Ocwen Federal Bank.

Well Larry, my comment WAS directed to someone named Torrence. I DID NOT know my ex was not paying on the mortgage (this is why he is now my ex), and Ocwen took over... fine. THEN... five years after the ocwen take-over (hell) and five years of MAKING MY PAYMENTS ON TIME Ocwen says "oooops!

We're sorry, but we have failed to escrow your acct enough for five years so we have to raise your mortgage 400 a month, oh and yes, we are suppose to review and modify the acct's accordingly, but some thing's just slip through the cracks!"

Well, golly day! AND NO IF's AND's or BUT's! Ocwen KNEW an increase of 400 a month was absurd and yes, ADMITTED they were at fault!! No amount of faxing and phone calls even remotely hinted at solving the problem. Then I discovered through others the REAL Ocwen! Screw them! I'll see them in court! You are all idiots.

If you make so much money more than i will ever see in my lifetime why didnt you make your payments...It takes 2-3 months before you can even start the foreclosure precedings and you can have up to a year to leave in your house based upon if you live in a judical or nonjudical state.

I bet you this is what we offered you:
1) A forbearance plan lasting up to 12 months with a large amt down TO HELP JOANNE FROM LOSING HER HOUSE.

2) Joanne denies the forbearance plan and she goes right into foreclosure

Now if Joanne accepted forbearance she would be on a repayment plan to catch up on her arrears... The only way her house would be foreclosed on after she was set up on a plan would either she defaulting on her loan once again by going over 30-45 days of nonpayment....

So who is the real idiot she is the one that decided not to make her pmts again... I do understand that she was in the process of a divorce and if one of them signed a quick claim deed they are still financial obligated and that holds up to any court of law. Ocwen is a good company you guys are just bad customers....
