I had a contract with Omnitech to remotely service my computer when it was not working correctly. This went on for about 3 years. One day I just could not get an answer. I contacted the BBB in CA, they sent a letter and called the case resolved. Talk about a scam. I just want my money back. Total is about 150.00.
