I ordered the PediPaws as adverised on the web site for $19.99 plus pay $7.99 for shipping and handling and get the shed tool for Free.

This isn't the case with PediPaws, they will charge the customer extra money for the shed tool and shipping and this is a rip off.

When I first placed the order I pay:

I called back this morning and they crdeit me $5.00 so I would only pay $2.99 for the shed tool.
