Pedipaws Cancelled product, company said product was cancelled, shipped product anyway and then continue to refuse refund Van Nuys California

This company will lie to you consistenly. My husband ordered the product and then cancelled the product. He checked back with the company and they confirmed that the product was cancelled and he would not be charged.

They charged our account, but we had not received the product. We contacted them and they said they did not understand why the product was shipped as they could see the cancellation. They said they would put through the refund. Requests to speak to a manager were denied.

We called again when we did not see our refund. They lied again. They denied ever saying they would ever process a refund. The only way they would now give us a refund is when we receive the product, we ship it back to them and they will refund our money.

Do not purchase from them. You will not get your product, you will get charged and they will lie to you and not give you a refund.
