I have used my pedipaw for over 6 months

I have had my pedipaw for over 6 months and have never had any problem with the product. I have 4 dogs and they all get their nails trimmed every 2 weeks or so. Not saying that there is nothing wrong with yours, but maybe the batteries were bad or maybe you got a bad trimmer. Have you contacted the company?
