After seeing ad for PediPaws, bonus offer of ShedEnder, I ordered. The PediPaws was delivered, no ShedEnder. I phoned to see why. I was told the ShedEnder required shipping & handling charge. If this is so, why wasn't my credit card charged the additional shipping & handling. There was no mention of this on the on-line order form. After watching the television ad again I noticed the small wording of shipping charge.

I expected to receive the PediPaws and ShedEnder in the same package since the free bonus was a prominent part of the ad. It did not say anywhere that I read that the ShedEnder would be shipped separately and that I would have to order it separately and pay only the shipping charge.
