bought 4 tiresfor my suv 03/01/2007 . charged $31.96 additional for road hazard warranty. 04/2007 1 tire went flat. they said to bring it in to be replaced. when i got there, they told me they don't have a similar tire & don't know when they will have one. so i agreed to have it patched. later i called to get a free tire rotation (guaranteed in the contract to buy 4 tires). they give you a hard time & sometimes you lose the use of your vehicle for a whole day, even have to rent a vehicle for a day just to get tire rotation done! on 01/25/2007 called again to have a tire rotation done. spoke to "Russel" he agreed "to put it in the system" & arranged for me to bring vehicle on 02/29/2007. i asked if it will be done promptly. he told me no more than 15 minutes wait. i told him i will call early in the morning to confirm that with him if it's ok. he said "certainly" called on 02/29/2007 am. girl answered & said Russel is not in & don't know if he's coming in. i explained to her it has been arranged already. she got upset & told me she doesn't know what i have going on but i can drop off the vehicle & call several times a day to find outif was done. she can't schedule it since i'm not buying anything. besides she said "you're not buying anything & that's free anyway, so we'll do it whenever we have the time, just leave the car ". i thanked her & called russel the next day & told him what happened. he told me that he cannot shedule a tire rotation ! so i asked him if he's confirming what the girl told me because if he is, it's like telling the customer you don't care. he hung up the phone!
