I was a transfered pet care associate at petsmart on ponce de leon ave in atlanta ga. When I first got there management was already bad. They were giving 10-16 hours for the past two mpnths and ive be working with the company for 9 months. I told the store manager and she came off eith a real nasty attitide. Saying well this is all the hours we got. Couple months went past and management got worse.

One day I was cleaning tanks and changing oranments and I made a mistake a drop one and a littile piece broke off and the products manager going to say " thats why we dont have anythong nice now" walking passed me as I was pickong the small piece up. She always comes at me with a nadty attitude and always have every slittle thing to say. Like im just the pick on person. And when I told an employee sge said that she was picking on her at first too when she start working there and told me to go tell one of the managers. So I did and she just told me to get over it. Snd im like she doesnt come to you in a disrespectful way or any other employees and I tried to tell how I felt and as an employee wi had the right to do so. Nothing change.

I talk to one manager about my avaialbility that I can open but I have to be there 7am instead of 6am becaise I ride the bus and the other petsmar let me do that.why cant yal and he was making lame excuses on why I cant open so they put my availability from 12-9:30. And also they got me before they hired a girl there for pet care and she was getting way more hours than me. And th we y excuse was shes pregnant so she needs more hours. To me that just doesnt seem fair and gave the otger three 29 plus hours!!!

A situation just recently happened and I was jyst clocking back in from my break and one of the managers told me to go over there by the fish wall cause that customer is freaking me out and he wants to know what type of fish eat other fish. So I felt strange because of how she quickly left So I went over to the fish wall and it was a drunk white male. And he kept getting close and was touching me on my back. So I r az n and told the manager that was a guy and he camed and told me to get the fish which I thought he shouldve got it..... Ponce dw leon mabager sucks..
