The PetSmart in Bel Air, Maryland makes its own rules as they go along. The manigers choose weather they want to price match for you or not, and what they will price match. In todays world you need to save a buck or two where you can. I drive 45 min to another Petsmart who is awsome and they price match anything you bring to them. Also the manigers at Bel Air are the most rude people on the face of the earth I wish they would revamp that store and get a whole new crew in there. Untill then I will take my bussiness elsewhere.

Where's the logic?

First I'd like to bring up that this pet parent is so concerned with saving a few dollars that she's willing to drive an additional 45 mins to save those few dollars.  Now...I'm no math wizard by any means, but being that I drive 45 mins to work, I know that the gas costs me approx $10-15  for that round trip.  Plus, I'd like to mention there is another petsmart about 15 mins away from the bel air location and a second petsmart about 20 mins south in white marsh.  I think that what everyone needs to understand here is that this pet parent is grossly exagerating and why you might ask?  Well....most likely she tried to pull one over at this store.  Trust me, it happens a lot.  The managers here are all very professional and genuinely good, honest people.  There's a fine line in retail of when it's worth the fight or not.  Sometimes, it's worth giving in to keep the customer happy when the request is on the smaller side..whether the pet parent's intentions are honest or not.  Other times, it's clear that the line must be drawn.  When customers come in with 75 coupons, 10 for the same 1 item, expired and who knows what else....looking for the new cashier to confuse and walk away with a cart full of items for practically nothing, this is what we deal with.  So for this pet parent that calls the management rude....well, okay.  If rude is being honest and professional, I guess they are.  But, the thing that comes to mind here is:  How much stuff do you price match for this to even be worth it?  Are you searching every ad per week to find a cat can for a $.01 cheaper to come in and make a fuss?  Just seems like a huge hassle honestly.  Anyhow...enjoy your driving and remember to keep your oil changed and use your hands-free device.

You expect to be taken seriously on this sight?  The words are "managers & whether" not "manigers & weather".
