Private Workout Deducted money from my account after I stated in writing not to deduct any additional funds from my account. plano Texas

I started with a groupon and dedicded to sign up for the 100 workout program. When I signed up I knew that if I did not complete the 100 workouts I would owe Private Workout $199.

I signed up with Private Workout in May and worked out through August 2014.  Life happens so I decided to cut this expense and went into the club to pay the $199, no problem. 

Later, I received an email from Private Workout informing me that they were going to take an additional $100 approx. bank account for Sept.  and Oct. I replied back and instructed them not to take anymore money out of my account.  I did not use their facilities not even one time in October and show that to be true for September as well.  They took my account information and did what they wanted to do without my permission.  You just do not want to do business with this type of company. Once I told Private Workout not to touch my account, they totally ignored my request.  This is why I wrote this review.  I did not mind the September deduction because I did not inform them. However, they deducted the entire month of October, when I'm sitting in their office paying the additional $199, the 1st/2nd Saturday in October.  I was told that at signing of the contract that if I did not complete the 100 workout, all i would owe would be the $199.

The attitude was that we add access to your account and we will do whatever we want to do.  We will not work to settle any dispute with you. I am so glad that I did not give them access to any other of my accounts.

This review is not about the people who work there, they are very professional.  This is about the business.
