Ladies... DO NOT buy from this seller. Literally the worst hair I've ever bought. The very next day of installing this hair, it was so tangled and so much shedding. I know all companies recommend you to glue your wefts to eliminate shedding, but you really don't have to do that if its GOOD quality hair. However, I'm not even upset about the shedding(even though I should be). What I am upset about is how matted up and tangled this hair gets on the DAILY. It's almost like I had bought some cheap beauty supple hair instead of this "virgin" hair. So the woman I talked to on the phone claims that its the shampoo and conditioner that I use( Organix), which is definitely not true. I've used Organix on several virgin hair bundles from several companies and I never had a issue. The issue with this company is that I should have NEVERRRR drove my a** to their store and bought this grade F wanna be "Virgin hair". I'm so upset with the representatives that I talked to on the phone, one from NOLA & one from ATL. They both tried to sell me this s***** idea that I am the reason for why this hair is so horrible. NO, the hair was bad from the start. Then they had the nerve to say "No refund/exchanges". 1. Why would I want to exchange this shitty hair for more s***** hair? 2. If I'm a unsatisfied customer willing to come into the store to show you how s***** this hair is, why can't I get a refund? It's almost like they made these rules up because they know the hair is s***** and people would want their money back. MORAL OF THE STORY: Do not, do not, DO NOT buy this hair online, in the store, wherever!!!!
