raredvds rip off, sent me dvd box set that had several things wrong with it and missing episodes, picture on episodes that I did get was so bad you could not watch them Internet

I have wrote to the Better Business Bureau about www.raredvds.tv and I am writing this to you in hopes that this complaint will reach as many people as possible because this business should not even be allowed to do what they have done to me or others that may have be wronged.

I had placed an order with them for a box set of Freddy's Nightmares. I was told that the set was new and commerical free and in good quality and that it was a ten-disc set. (This is what raredvds.tv approximately stated on the internet). They also said that box set contained all 44 episodes. This is the list of what I received from them:

1-Quality: Terrible, very fuzzy and out of focus. Picture quality so bad that you can hardly make out what is on the screen. Pictures are very extrmemly blury. Discs are badly scratched, flickers in spots, skips episodes and shows, tracking mess up from a vhs tape so episodes must have been recorded off television first by vhs and then transfered over on to the dvd's.

2-Missing Episodes: There is supposed to be ten discs and there were only nine, there are a total of 12 missing episodes from the box set. Disc#1-missing last three episodes, Discs#2,#3,#4,#6,#7-all missing one episode, Disc#9-missing two episodes and last but not least there are two episodes from episode listing that were not on the box set, which makes the total of missing episodes at 12.

3-Other Disc Mess ups:
Disc#1-cuts off in middle of second episode
Disc#6-second episode you can not see at all, also has
blurred episode that is not even supposed to be on disc#6.
Disc#9-on first of screen it shows season#2 disc#6 and this is supposed to be disc#9.

4-This company says that the discs are commercial free but you can tell they have been recorded from cable television because the channel emblem comes across the screen a few times. There are several seconds of commercials shown on the discs and on
Disc#8 there is part of a Taco Bell commercial on it.

5-When I turned the discs over they are not only scratched but you can see where there is data missing from them not to mention again that what is on them can not even be watched.

6-I received my purchase from this company, I took it home to watch it and discovered all of the above.I then went online and discovered that I was not the only one that this company had scammed.

7-I paid a total of $123.99 to raredvds.tv for what I received listed above which was nothing. I e-mailed them but with no response to my e-mail so far and I will not hold my breath on getting a response because another person that had complained about them tried to call them and they could not get a real person on the telephone and had received the same treatment as I have. Again, I strongly suggest that this company be stopped. They should not be allowed to do this or to be in business.
