Razer GET READY TO JUMP THRU HOOPS Internet
WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Bought expensive keypad to find NO SOFTWARE in box. You have to fill out a ton of on line fields to register with the company to get software. Did all this then found out that after the email confirmation process there was no record of me as a user. Tried to get customer support. Forget it. No phone number only e mail. To email you have to have a registered product. Went through elaborate process of entering the serial number of produst and ALL my personal info AGAIN and this time it would not accept the product number taken rt off the box. Tried every possible format for the many digit number no good. What a crock. I have bought ten dollar items that manage to include software on disk or plug and play capable, not theese folks. I hope you are one of the elitist that end up being accepted into this very exclusive club of people who get to use thier device. After two hours of jumping through hoops and hoping something would work decided I will have to send back to Amazon. What a farce!
