I signed up for Realtor.com leads in 2016.  To their records, 10/2016.  I recall it being 2/2016.  I have no written contract, this was done over the phone and I  I agreed to 2 zip codes.  I was promised 8 leads per month for these two zip codes.  I did understand that the contract periord was for one year.  After well over a year and these leads being lean and fruitless, I called to discontinue my service.  I was told that they could neither verify that I had not recieved the promised number of leads, and also that they did not prmoise monthly leads, but that they promised an annual number of leads.  This is not true, the phone sales person promosed me a monthly amount, to which I have not recieved.  Not only that, but the leads when I did get some were not even decent or convertable leads.  False information, seasonal rentals, rentals, and not able to be contacted in most cases.

When I asked to cancel my account, they told me that it had automatically renewed and that I had also agreed to that...  I never recieved a renewal notice, was never aware that it would automatically renew for an additional year etc.  When I stated that I would just cancel the credit card payment, they threatened to turn me in and create a lein on my credit for the unpaid balance, or more and said "you Dont want to do that" in a threatening manner, like don't go there lady or you will really regret it!  The man was obviously used to recieveing such calls and complaints.  I requested a copy of my "supposed" contract, and have yet to recieve it, or anything gor that matter that was worth the $300. a month that they have automatically charged me for well over a year.  You have to cancel the same month you subscribe in one year contracts is what I was told.  Seems totally illegal to me for anyone to be able to do this!!

DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!
