While working with both agencies - Rentalcars.com and Economy Rental Agency - both agencies place blame on each other. Neither of the companies charged my credit card, and neither company provided my reserved rental car and neither company will reimburse my out-of-pocket expenses because they did not provide me transportation (totaling $367.46 not budgeted in my vacation). My party of 6 was stranded at the airport by Rentalcars.com and Economy Rental Agency.

Please, please do not do business with Rentalcars.com or Economy Rental Car. I am telling my story to get the word out about these companies. They are in the "rental car" business, and when customers trust their sites and make reservations on-line, printing the confirmation and itinerary does NOT verify that you will have a vehicle when and where you rented!!
