I have been a customer of Rk Chevrolet for several years now. I purchased another vehicle from them several months ago. I was told by the sales person to expect a survey in the mail from General Motors (GM) which always comes after any major service or purchases. The sales person told me to fill the survey out and return it to RK Chevrolet for a free tank of Gas as they always did in the pass. Wow, who wouldn't refuse a free tank of gas these days.
After my transaction was completed, I had some concerns which I noted on the survey. I contacted GM customer care, to find out if my survey has been received. The answer to that was no.
Also I inquired about other surveys I had submitted. Out of 7 surveys in which I have kept copies of, only 4 were submitted in which were the positive aspect of RK Chevrolet. What happened to the other 3 that had discrepanies?
I have not yet disclosed to GM that RK Chevrolet is asking customers to return the Surveys from GM to them for a free tank of gas which is totally against GM policies. So issues like bad customer care etc.. cannot be detected by GM and maybe be fixed.
I want to find out what RK has to say about this because I know what GM will.

We had a dealer here which got into trouble with the Attorney General because they were having their OWN EMPLOYEES fill out surveys.
My suggestion to you is to not be a doormat, sucker or chump. DO NOT patronize this dealership ever again!
The only way we can eliminate the slime and scum in the car business is to NOT REWARD THEM with business.
Don't go back there and tell your friends!

There is no response from RK huh? That means there must be something wrong. I contacted GM aboutthe surveys, and I was told that the surveys is a point system for these dealers. And returningthem to the dealers is against policy. So that is BRIBERY. Give RK the survey and they will give you a tank of gas.
