We purchased a table and chairs in the mid-August time frame paid for upfront. Also purchased two additional chairs for approximately $150.00. e chose to pick up our selves because we were told that the wharehouse was about 15-20 minutes away. It was actual over an hour driving time and in Maryland not Virginia. We we arrived, there were not 6 chairs but 4, plus 2 lazy susans. They showed that the invoice entered into the system was for two lazy susans at a price of 150 dollars (same price as two chairs). the lazy susans are about 25 dollars each. They wanted to keep the lazy susans and not adjust our reciept, and wanted us to call the store to work out the mistake. The sales person informed us, while still at the warehouse they would fix it, deliver the 2 chairs to our home and and pick up the 2 lazy susans. When we got the table out of the carton we foud it was cracked. We called the customer service and they said they could deliver a new one and call us when it was in. We were then called at the end of Sept and had a delivery date set for Wed. We waited all day, no delivery. I finaly called the store and spoke to a sales person, they recommended coming in to speak to the manager. We came in that night and after dealing with the manager we resolved that he would order the two chairs since they had still not been ordered, when they get in bring the lazy susans and we can swap them out. The table has still not been resolved. The sales staff is the worst i've ever seen, the store calls you, after 3 rings they hang up, when you call back to see why they called, they are oblivious to why or who they called. They keep insisting on having us drive back to the warehouse to exchange their defective product. My wife has progressive/advanced Multiple Scriosis and I have three small children, I am active duty military with 24 years of service, I don't have time for these games and can't be dragging my family across the state to fix their mistake. DON'T BUY from THESE GUYS! The store manager is the only person there that has helped us, every other person is incompetent.
