Ryan Homes/NVR playing games with our mortgage

We put a 3% deposit on our home at Liberty Place at Locust Grove in Deptford New Jersey. Settlement was suposed to take place on Decmeber 31,2001 and was pushed to february, now pushed to Marrch 30,2002. NVR is playing games with our mortgage. Wetold them we can get a mortgage elseware, we told them we need a letter stating they cannot meet our outside mortgage company's rate,they have refused to give us the letter, which would protect our $5,000 credit they owe us due to the fact that we did not take the SUNROOM offer, instead the credit woudld be used for closing costs. Now NVR's Paul McGOvern is telling us they need proof we have a better deal. We have 3% down FHA t 7.25% interest available by March 15th. They have the same only ther mortgage deal won't be available until April. they want us to settle in march at 10% down at 8.6% interest, NO WAY. I have had it with Ryan homes and NVR.
