I PURCHASED A KENMORE DISHWASHER 2 YEARS AGO AND IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. I CANNOT EVEN GET ANYONE TO COME OUT AND FIX THIS PIECE OF JUNK. I SCHEDULED REPAIRS 2 TIMES AND BOTH TIMES THEY CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY NOW RESCHEDULED ME FOR 2 WEEKS LATER (THATS' IF THEY DON'T CANCEL AGAIN) THEIR REPAIR PEOPLE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THIS IF THEY EVER DO SHOW WILL BE THE 4TH TIME (IN 2 YEARS!)HE LAST TECH THAT CAME SAID I WAS USING TOO MUCH SOAP, WRONG! MY DISHWASHER STILL IS NOT CLEANING PROPERLY!!! I DON'T KNOW WHY I WASTED MY MONEY ON A WARRANTY OR HIS PIECE OF JUNK. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM SEARS (ESPECIALLY KENMORE) DON'T BOTHER BUYING A WARRANTY EITHER BECAUSE IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.
