sears had a big banner on their store on 10-11-09 saying they price match and give you 10 per cent off the difference with proof of other store price
i gave the store manager the proof he said they don't do that the proof was on the building he said they was the only store that sell die hard lie k-mark sell the same same company the manager should of been more proessional and made the sale he was a racis a** i am a black man in my work clothes he did not ask me for help i had to find them i brough batteries from sears many of times i still have a new one in one of my van and trucks
i have a photo of the banner i hate sears of what they did im going to you tube next

Were you trying to buy a battery at sears and price match it to k-mart? If so, they will not price match K-mart. They will only price match a competitor. K-mart is owned by sears so they are not a competitor. Thus they will not price match them. Additionally, most stores will only price match stores within a certain radius of them, and only if the item is in stock at that store. You should read the fine print on their offer. As for being racist, I'm not seeing anything in your story to indicate racism. It sounds like you do not understand their policies.
