Sears Portland Oregon Was not told that this was a lease it company, and that the monthlly payment was going to be taken out of my account anytime they please Portland Oregon

 I bought a washer and dryer from Sears outlet in the summer, I told the store sales person I did not want to buy big and that I needed a payment on the 20th of each month. Wow he was so nice and helpful gave me everything I needed and wanted it was too good to be true. He said would you like to open a line of credit I said sure how does this work, he said that he just buts in some information to see if I get approved well I did first mistake I guess he said I had a credit limit of 2500 I told him I did not want to spend that much as I am single and live on my own so I need it to fit in my buget, no problem he showed me a few washer, dryer sets and we found the ones that fit in my budget a long with the amount I wanted to pay monthly and again I asked if I could pay on the 20th, no problem that can be arranged as we finished up with the process he asked if I would like to pay with cash and or card I first started to hand him cash but I had to stop and get gas and pick up groceries so I said card please. I then signed he gave me the long long reciept so I asked can I just come by on the 20th and make my payment each month since it is on my way home he said sure that would work. He said your warrenty is on the reciept so make sure you keep it in a safe place. He said nothing no once about this account and or loan held through this whynotleaseit company. I started to notice that they took the 2nd payment out of my checking account like 20 days later, then again the next month 24 days later and that they will be charging me a 5.00 fee for taking it out unless I called and gave them my routing number and checking number so I did and told them that I needed it to come out on the 20th of each month and why are they taking the payment out on such random dates she stated it is every 28 days I laughed it had not been taken out every 28 days in fact in had be 20, 19 22, 24 25 well it seems to be when every I guess so the lady said that it can be taken out on the 20th of each month well this has never happend not once so I just gave up and have spread the word to friends and family do not ever never us this company. So today as I returned to work again I have another email from them stating my payment it due on the 30th of December I almost couldn't believe my eyes they just took a payment out on the 2nd of Decmeber and yes that is finally 28 or 29 days but again not on the 20th of the month so I am going to Sears to let them know that they are a fraud for not explaining this and that I was getting myself into a nightmere with this company and then I am going to go to Bank of america and close my account this is close or almost my last payment but I do not trust them to stop taking money out of my account this has been going on since June of 2013 in which my bill was only 760.00 it has been 7 months of them taking 122.00 sometimes more and so far they are up to 854.00 really please enough so I am saying my peace and also calling the Better Busness bureau and talking with them. The one time a man called me here at my work and I do not remember why something about the payment I think it was about a 5 dollar charge that they were taking out because they had not yet gotten my routing and checking number and I was not happy I told him that he would not be doing that and that I would not pay he laughed and said oh yeah I will just add it to you bill and take it out of your account I am so serous this is the worse company I have ever in my life delt with I hope and pray that they do not keep getting away with what and how they do busness with people.
