I ordered this hoping to help me. I live on disablity. They wanted more and more money. I cancelled within my 30 day "FREE" trial period. I had to send two different letters to two different addresses. I verified they recieved my kit. But yet they are still billing me for the kit and for the website.

Upon many calls, they are telling me that they have not recieved my reciept from the post office...I emailed it to them as per requested with someone on phone..(they walked me through the process). Told me I would be refunded. I not only hve not been refunded but they keep billing me and have now put my credit card into overdrawn charges.....and because of them doing this I could not used my credit card to get propane in my home....we have now been without propane for 2 weeks because of their willingess to keep billing me and not cancell no matter who I speak to or what I do to cancell.

These people are insane! They have forced me to cancell my credit card....they have their kit as verified on the phone, MANY TIMES...but yet they still bill me and have me in collections . WHEN DOES IT END!

I wish I could afford to file a lawsuit aginst them...but living on disability pay while raising a little one leave NO MONEY for such things.

6 months later and STILL

After having to cancell my credit card to STOP the charges....even though the company VERIFIED my kit had indeed been returned. I am still recieveing harrassing and threatening letters, "demanding" full payment for a kit they have on more then one occassion recieved. I filed charges with the BBB. Have not heard anything from them...I just wrote a letter to the head of the Complaints dept. Now that this company has ruined my credit....caused me sever financial grief with thier refusal to stop billing me for a kit they have in possion. I don't know what else to do.

Maybe someone needs to file a class action suit against this company. If someone has the money to do so contact me...I want in. Never in my life have I seen such practices from a company. I do mean NEVER!

Well have you then canceled your credit card account. Next time I would tell you to never give give them any bank or card number you have just send a money order in next time. I mean it will take longer but atleast you will get your money back.

The crap continues....

After many attempts to talk to these people, they STILL kept billing my credit card, to the point I had to cancel. NOW they have placed my account into the hands of a lawyer for collections. These people are relentless! THEY HAVE THIER was confirmed via telephone but they are still after me. They have also changed the wording on their refund policy online. When I first signed up it stated that if kit was recieved within the 30 days it was over and done. Now it states that they want a letter to one address, and the kit to another and the postal reciept stating that you sent the kit. THIS IS THE ONLY VERIFICATION THAT YOU WILL HAVE THAT YOU SENT THE KIT IN...and they want it so they can keep billing you and claiming they don't have your kits...NICE TRY!!!!

SMC wants you to peddle stuff that would be on the shelves at the Dollar store at grossly inflated prices. It is a scam pure and simple and the proof is that they will not let you off the hook once they have your credit card number. The only way to stop this theft is to cancel your credit card and reissue another. Also make sure your bank will not allow charges from these sociopaths. If you do not do this they will not stop, they do not care how much hardship this is putting you through as long as the money gets into their bank accounts.
