Sparkletts Water delivery to vacant office Irvine California

After 40+ years of water delivery to my office by Sparkletts, I moved my office last Septemb3er 2017.  I gave Sparkletts written notice of my move and requested water delivery to my new office address.  Sparkletts ignored my written notice.  After about four months I heard from my old landlord complaining that Sparkletts continued to leave bottles of water in front of the door to my vacant office.  When I moved, I removed my sign and left a notice taped to the door giving my new office address and telephone number.  The notice was still posted on the door when my old landlord contacted me to complain.  (They sent me a photo of the delivered bottles with my note still posted on the door.)

Sparkletts has completely ignored my letter of last month stating that I was not going to pay for water delivered to a vacant office, despite my written notice to change the delivery address and notice on the door that I had moved.  Instead they continue to bill me, and they are adding a $10.00 late charge and a $3.00 paper invoice fee each month.  The conduct of Sparkletts is totally outrageous!

Based on other complaints against Sparkletts and their conduct in ignoring my letter of last month, as well as a previous telephone discussion with Sparkletts several months ago, it appears to me that Sparkletts intends in bad faith to keep billing me and then reporting me to credit reporting agendcies to injure my credit rating.

What kind of company keeps delivering water to a vacant office and then bills the customer for it?  An d, when a customer complains, they fail to even respond to the letter and continue to bill increasing their bill by $13.00 each month?
