Staples Chris,Shaun Told Chris what my computer was doing and he paid no attention to what I said Athens, Alabama

On a Thursday in the latter part of Feb I transported my laptop to the Athens Al. Store of Staples and went to the computer repair counter where Chris was working I proceeded to tell him how my computer was acting up , He didn't act as though he heard me so I said it again and he plugged something in to a USB port and then said your computer had malware and adware and virus on it and he said it would cost $149.95 to get them removed again I told him about how my computer was acting and he told me at that time when they removed the adware malware and virus that my computer would work perfectly so i took him at his word , They were supposed to keep it 3 days and they kept it 5 or 6 days brought it home still doing the same as it was when I transported there the first I took it back spoke with Shaun who fooled around with it and finally told me to bring it back the next day at 4 pm which I did and anoher feller looked at it and admitted he didn;t know how fo fix it.

I got a phone number for the corp office and talked to this fellow who told in very short terms Tough s**t.
