Superior Protection Plan First Automotive Service Corporation WARRENTY SCAM FRAUD!!! Albuquerque New Mexico

Bought a truck 1 year ago, with a 2 yr 24,000 mile warrenty from Superior CProtection Plan. The truck had 22 inch rims on it at the time of purchase. The transmission was acting up and was going out. We called the warrenty company and they said to take it to our mechanic and an adjuster would be out. The  technicians said that indeed the transmission was bad and beyond repair. The adjuster agreed and told the garage to send in the claim. The warrenty company denied the claim due to modifications done to the vehicle (the wheels). I explained to them this was purchased like this and no modifications were done after the sale.

So the warrenty I paid for covers nothing! They asked if I would like to cancel the policy and I said absolutly I want a full refund since I paid all this money for it to cover nothing. Their response was it would be prorated to the milage and time left on warrenty. I am so frustated. Wwe are now shelling out our Christmas funds for a transmission. 

I would like to add four technicians at an authorized Ford dealership scratched thier heads at this saying this was a huge copout on the warrenty programs part. The wheels had nothing at all to do with the transmission going out. I still have 1 yr and 5,000 miles left on this so called warrenty.
