Superior Protection Plan Total Rip-off Nationwide

I bought the premium package on a used Mercedes. It states it covers electrical. My electrical switch that opens my windows no longer works. When calling to get approval, of course got the "thats not covered" I asked why and was told that if the part is not listed as covered it is not covered. So when they say you are covered for electrical repairs such as ( 5 examples ) they mean that they only cover those 5 items and not the other 5,000 electronic parts in your car. At least I am being told that I can cancel and get a refund, but I expect that that will be bogus also. Stay as far away from this company as possible.
