This company, Supreme Brands LLC, is very hard to deal with. I made numorous phone calls that played music for minutes and then hung up. When I connected to a person they said they would cancel the membership, which is automatic 15 days after you place an trial order (read the fine print). The account did not get cancelled. Citibank refused to stop paying the charges because I didnot write down the date I called and cancelled resulting in charges of 83.86 per month that were not refunded.
I finally got a man named John to cancel the membership after several calls on january 11, 2009. No refunds. He claimed I never cancelled. After I told him I reported him to my credit card company, he hung up. I called three more times and he finally said it was cancelled as of january 11,2009.
The trial product did not produuce any results and cause diarrhea for me.
I recommend running the other way instead of trying this product. I feel i have been ripped off by them. i think they have their phone system set up to fail. I smell a scam.
