Ok... My family has had T-Mobile for a while now... and they've been pretty good... but after this episode... I don't know what to think!

It all started when I bought a Sidekick SLIDE... and for $299.99... I thought I wouldn't be having too much problems....

First off.... about a week after I bought it.... the phone started deleting my pictures and deleting some of my songs.... I called Customer Service and they came to the conclusion that there was no physical or luquid damage... so I suggested they send me a new one... but I was wrong... they apparently can't give you a new one if there's no damage....

I've tried calling many times.... each time a different rep... and a couple suggested me of attempted hack of my phone.... I DONT THINK SOOOO!

Finally, I got a rep that said there was a nationwide defect with the Sidekick SLIDE and they said that they used to offer a trade in for the Sidekick LX for no charge... but of course they don't do that anymore.... and the thing that made me mad was that they couldn't send me a new one even though my phone was under warranty... So in the end I decided to buy an unlocked Sidekick LX off the internet and put a Cingular SIM Card in there... but I still sometimes use the SLIDE but not for taking pics or putting music on anymore.... cause I'll lose it.... I also switched to prepaid with my SLIDE cuzz I don't need them tryin' to give me false charges...

But in conclusion... I must say I havn't had any problems with my Cingular Sidekick LX.... that's for sure
