After waiting 19 days and calling them, they said a new product would be sent out and received by me by weeks end. After 24 hours I called them back for a tracking number, they didn't have one. I asked for refund, they stated to wait for thirty days. I told them that is not reasonable and the man on phone became nasty, and hung up on me....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOLKS!
