Carol Burnett DVD Collection, SKU# 165534

On November 12, 2007, I ordered and paid for item# SKU165534 the Carol Burnett Show DVD Collection. They emailed me a tracking number which did not work, then said that they "Shipped my set to the wrong address" and had to reship it. They never provided a tracking number for the "2nd" shipment. I work for an international shipping company and have access to master tracking systems and believe the initial "tracking number" they supplied to be fake to try to gain comsumer trust and buy them time.

The item I received looks like a rejected return. I INCORRECTLY received in the regular mail (NO tracking number!) a substitute Carol Burnett Volume 1 Set with no booklet.

Here is the link to the DVD Planet's website which contained the set I ordered:thedvdplanet.org/product.php?productid=165534&cat=0&page=1

The DVD set I received is NOT factory sealed. It looks like something someone returned and kept the booklet from it. The booklet is missing (i.e. no custom artwork as described in the website) and the DVD Set cover is not even the same as advertised. You can easily tell they substituted another item. I think it's a knock off.

They don't have a phone number or address to contact. All contact is through their website and email, to which they seldom respond.

I am still awaiting their response to my complaints.

I would NEVER recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.

You don't get what you pay for and their customer service stinks!
