Total Protect is a horrible Company. They are a RIP OFF!  Every time we have a claim, they make it unpleasant, hard and costly.  There are no Managers or Executive Staff and customer service is not in their interest.  We are now dealing with a hot water heater issue and they are replacing it with a different size which will cost $425 in modification costs.  To make matters worse, they are charging $200 to dispose of the water heater and all of this on top of the $125 deductible that we have to pay.  We supposedly have a warranty company but we are paying $750 out of pocket in addition to our monthly fee.  WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TOTAL PROTECT!  Beware!
