Complete rip off no service left a mess and left the premises Dear BBB I had leak detection out here to check my plumbing as I am going to start remodeling my homes bathrooms I called Total protect home warranty they sent Union Plumbing they only had to look at a leak in a rest room and all three toilets that are loose as soon as the young guy came in he was trying to change faucets and do other things which I told him do not touch anything because I was going to remodel all the restrooms he got a little upset asked for my $60.00 then he called the warranty company I heard him say we can just get our $60.00 and say its a pre existing condition and leave he did exactly that say I will be back then I get a call from Total Protect and they said we are got going to cover because our plumber told us all work orders are pre existing and we will not cover I want my complaint towards both of the companies for pulling a bait and switch move on us.
