I was on the Fandango website checking for movie times when I stumbled on a link that said, "(2) free movie tickets", I clicked on the offer and was brought to the Trial Pay website page of promotions. There I had a choice of several "Instant Offers", I chose to sign up with Netflix, in promise, I would get my 2 movie tickets.

A couple days went by and I had not received or heard anything from Trial Pay, when I emailed them they said they were still "checking on my account" with Netflix. A week has gone by since I signed up with Netflix and Trial Pay finally emailed me back saying that Netflix has informed them that I am ineligible and that they cannot tell me why as they do not have access into the Netflix system.

I called Netflix this morning and spoke to one of the reps who has never heard of Trial Pay but is aware of the promo offer. She said that my account, (Which I hadn't cancelled) is ACTIVE. She also sent me an email regarding the promo outlines and offered to help me fill out an "Escalation Report", which I did. The rep also mentioned that that was all she could do, since Trial Pay is the third party affiliate offering the tickets, I would need to contact them.

In the guidelines it states that generally the third party is unable to view an active account until 2-3 weeks after sign up with Netflix. I thought this was funny because Trial Pay's website promised "Instant Offer" and that they would reward your offer within minutes of sign up.

When I emailed Trial Pay and informed them of this, I got an email reply saying that there is nothing they can do and the problem is the Netflix team. Trial Pay assures me that they are a good company and sent my information in good faith. Instead of trying to help their customer get the promised offer, the person emailing me from Trial Pay is justifying their company as well as saying there is nothing they can do.

I am extremely upset. This is a fraudulent company. They don't even list a contact number anywhere on their website!! You can only email them and wait for a reply, which comes 24-48 hrs after you write to them.

TrialPay Support Inquiry

AUTHOR: TrialPay_Support - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, October 15, 2012

Dear TrialPay User,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and let me first apologize for the frustration that you have experienced.

To clarify, typically our partner offers are automatically processed through our system.  However, in cases where was not a successful completion, we do have a receipt process implemented for transactions that did not credit or track successfully.  In the case of Netflix offers, our team forwards all inquiries to their team for verification.

However, because TrialPay does not have insight and access in our partner's systems (for security purposes), it does take time before our advertiser can get back to us.  In cases like this, it can takes between three to five business days before we hear back from our partners.

In order to provide you with additional information about your specific account, please contact us directly at generalsupport@trialpay.com with a reference to this post's URL link.  This way, we can locate your account history with TrialPay and be better able to assist you with this matter.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best,

Amanda C.
