TWO MEN AND A TRUCK damaged, wood floors and fled before the police could arrive to make a report TUCKER Georgia

 I regret having to write to you about an unpleasant experience I've had with your company. I prefer to contact a company only in praise of an employee or the company's actions. Unfortunately, my situation is such that it is necessary for me to forward a complaint to you. I have attempted to resolve this matter with Tony Smith, Holly Stewart, Jerome Jones and Kim Maddox. To date none of these staff members are willing address the damages done to my hardwood floors caused by your employee. I was referred to your Tucker office by Cube Smart on highway 78 in Snellville, Ga. On the day I scheduled for the men to come and move my household goods, I arrived with additional help to find one worker in the moving truck and another with a blanket on my front stoop flat on his back laying down. I grabbed my cell phone to take a photo because I was floored to say the least. I have the photo of your employee getting up once he realized I was taking his photo. Then later the same employee moved a large big screen TV across my wood floors alone causing damage to the floor. I just want and need the floor repaired. I have already lost monies as well as my tenants due to the damages and them not moving into the property on time. My tenants could not move in because your company never moved my items out of the property. This has been the worse and most unprofessional experience I have ever had to deal with. The ssarcasm, lies, smart mouths, rudeness and lack of concern is outrageous to say the least. Things happen all the time that what insurance is for. However I will not be paying a thousand dollar deductible on my homeowner’s policy because of damages done by your company. I don’t even think the cost of the repair is that much? I just want your company to pay for what your employee has done which is not use good judgment and move a TV without assistance across my wood floor causing scratches. I have tried to be patient with your office however I am not getting anywhere. I am in the military and I have sent Holly Stewart, Jerome Jones and Kim Maddox, the photos of the damages to the floor and of the employee getting up from laying on my front stoop. My tenants were scheduled to move in on the first of August. This entire incident has caused my tenants as well as myself financial loss. Because of this occurrence I have had to take additional days of leave to find another company to move my household goods. I only have a few days before I leave for Germany and then report to my next duty station. I now have the police report from the incident. I have requested the name of your attorney or legal department which handles cases of this nature. To date I have not received any reply. I look forward to hearing from you. I hope you can respond within 30 days, so that we are able to resolve this problem in a speedy fashion.
