This review follows my experience with University Alliance and Bisk Education.

1.) First and foremost, when I originally enrolled under the Lean Six Sigma programs, I was not informed prior to starting the course of education that I would not receive an actual certification. It was not until late into the first course that I discovered certification would not be handled by Villanova University or University Alliance.

2.) When I had a strong issue providing my personal information through unsecured channel, specifically an expectation that I would simply email a Veteran's Affairs campus representative my social security number, and made an issue of this, I was met with borderline hostility and have, since that time, repeatedly had issues with verification of enrollment, and I was unexpectedly disenrolled with the Department of Veteran's Affairs.

3.) Certification through these programs does not carry any weight with the industry. Meaning, neither the Lean Six Sigma industry nor the Project Management Institute industries make regular reference to the courses offered through the University Alliance program.

4.) There are no simple provisions for persons utilizing Montgomery G.I. Bill benefits. There is a mechanism in place, but course financial representatives make the process slow and tedious.

5.) Villanova University's U.S. News-ranked reputation is leveraged in ways that I firmly believe the University Alliance uses to benefit the Bisk Education corporation. The university reputation is broadly advertised; however, Bisk Education's reputation is not made readily available except through extensive searching.

Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with my experience through Bisk Education / University Alliance. Veteran's benefits would be more effectively utilized by going directly to the university, not through a third party such as University Alliance / Bisk Education.

Update to the report: I was not disenrolled from the Department of Veteran's Affairs; rather, I was shown to be disenrolled from Villanova University by the Department of Veteran's Affairs. This impacted my ability to receive payment for the course I enrolled in just 3 weeks into the course.
