University Of Phoenix records need looking into when it come to Tuition and a student Pell Grants and loans

they have a high Tuition that a loans pay for, but they say a person still have to pay some from Federal Student Aid. A Spell or any other Grant is to help with the Student financial hardships so he or she may complete school, but University Of Phoenix take away from this monies. This include the VA student money this need to be stopped students have to speak up against falsefication of all Universitys and colleges.
