UPS Insurance ripoff FRAUD... Failure to pay for damages caused by shipping Fort Worth Texas

I sold a ceiling fixture on ebay to a lady in California. This was a beautiful Tiffany Glass fixture 52" in diameter with brass rods 36" long.
Having had lots of Bad experience with UPS shipping I packed this unit to make it through the worst handling that UPS could provide (so I thought).
Here is how this unit was packed:

2 layers of professional movers packing blankets.
1 Layer of Heavy duty bubblewrap
All of this packed into a heavyduty cardboard box filled with foam peanuts.
This box was then packed into another box filled with professional packing paper and the additional hardware of the fixture wrapped in cardboard.

The lady that received the fixture said she saw the UPS driver bounce the box down the steps to deliver it to her home.

It was cracked and not safe to install. I insured it for replacement cost of $500. UPS, of course, denied the claim.
