After purchasing a cell phone from a merchant in China USPS strikes again.

I can't believe they hire such low life's to compensate from the ggovernment like this. The package update has not updated since April 9, 2013. I guess

thats what happens when the government hires low life crack heads here in Opa Lacka Florida to sort and pilfer through customers packages. Don't 

take my word for it here's the tracking number RC253763107HK. Really, I don't understand why Homeland Security hasn't gotten involved already

considering this could be a breach of National Security. Who knows whomhas this cell phone and what they plan to do with it.
