Verizon will not assist customers and honor there word. Alexandria Virginia

I purchased 3 items from RadioShack who does business with Verizon.  After 2 days I was not satisfied with the service from Verizon so I called Verizon explained the situation and a man there said give it sometime you have the 30 days personal worry free warrantee.  The said before 30 days I coulda return the products to any Verizon store and Would boot have early termination fees, I asked him if he was sure because RadioShack had said 14 days, he said Verizon was 30 days worry free warrantee. 

spending a whole fray bak and forth for something that is there default...the phone has a lot of statictithe Internet keeps dropping, and I get text messages every hour about my Reaching a limit.  

They need training in customer service, at this time it is nonexistent in there company.
