Virgin Mobile online is very mis-leading.Buy a new phone you get $19.99 worth of airtime..It does not specifie any where that you have to be a first time customer.I bought the phone on 6/19/09, called in to activate it, nobody mentioned anything about airtime. Called back later that night to tell them still haven't received it.So today (6/26/09) @3pm...Called to ask when am I going to receive it , thats when they hit me with "YOU HAVE TO BE A FIRST TIMR CUSTOMER"..Nowhere on there website does it say that...Also paid $11.99 shipping fee to receive the phone next day.(DIDN'T HAPPEN )took 2 days.So finally after throwing a fit they gave 75 minutes airtime..By the way they have a call center in MANILLA, They can speak english, but they don't understand it..
