Acct messed up so bad, I got a $50 credit. So like a dummy, figuring got a credit so they are trying to fix what was wrong, I decided to go ahead and order the phone. Ordered phone and rep said "Strange, no order number" I insisted because of the issues I had to get an order number. After almost an hour and on and off of hold, insisting on an order number, a "supervisor" got on the line. It is just a glitch she said and order # will be populated tomorrow and I will call you or send an email. Verified email address (it was incorrect so she "corrected it"), gave home and work number. So then I wait. Morning came and went and no call. Checked email, nothing. Checked acct, email was never changed. Checked old email acct, nothing. So I called them at just after 1pm. It is 5:19 and I just got off the phone. I was hung up on, transferred between depts, and placed on hold (longest hold was 1 hr and 37 mins before it hung up). I switched back and forth from cell to landline, calling back. Customer service switched me to order dept, who switched me to tech support, who switched me to customer service. Around and around. Asked for a supervisor and was put on hold. would call back on other line and wait and getting switched around on that line and then the first line would get hung up on. Kept going back and forth for FOUR HOURS!!!! I was so upset I was crying at the end. Rep promised she put in case and took my info again for the order and is "escalating" it up and I will have my phone on Wednesday. Meanwhile acct still shows money gone and no order in system. I will let you know if I have my phone but from what I had read here, I am getting worried. I don't have the money to go out and get another hone and I am grandfathered in on the $25 plan so that is why I stayed.
